This is nothing fancy, but I just needed a cheap brushed nickel replacement for a dated ORB fixture in my bathroom. I didn't want the new LED ones because they are way too bright, but that seems to be the cheapest option now days. The similar fixtures to this all have the dated swirled globe, so I was happy to find this in a plain frosted globe! The mounting screws weren't long enough though, which kept causing me to struggle and get a face full of insulation. (In fact this thing shed a lot of insulation while installing. I'm still itching all over.) Thankfully I had some longer ones handy and then it worked just fine. I would purchase again for use in bathrooms, closets, hallways.
Top choice for a flush mounting ceiling light. I chose this light based on the elegance and yet sophisticated look I'm used to. It has a beautiful finish and quality parts. I like the ball that twists to remove the cover much more than other styles. It's much wider than 11 inches offered at this price range. It is bright enough and dimmable bulbs add a nice look. Everything you want in a light fixture flush mount. Excellent work
