When will tracking start updating?

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

It says “Delivered” but I don’t have it.

Please check your delivery location (mailroom/front desk/neighbor). If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

My shipment is delayed—what should I do?

Weather and carrier volume can cause delays. If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us.
