Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States. Shipping costs for orders below this amount are $15 flat fee.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also track your shipment via our Track Your Order page.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at yhw@tawsonhome.com.


Product & Installation

Are bulbs included?

Bulb inclusion varies by product. Please refer to each product page for detailed specifications and recommended bulb types. For LED products, no bulbs required.

Are Tawson lights compatible with dimmer switches?

All fixtures are compatible with standard dimmer switches when paired with compatible dimmable bulbs. We recommend confirming requirements on the product page or consulting your electrician.

Do I need professional installation?

We recommend installation by a licensed electrician to ensure safety and optimal performance. Installation instructions are included with every fixture. DIY is fairly easy if you follow our installation instruction.


Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please visit our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

Do your products include a warranty?

Yes. Tawson lighting fixtures include a 6 months warranty.
