Aura Oversized Glass Pendant Light

The light was just what I was looking for. I bought 3 to go over kitchen island. One of the lights was missing a part that secured the glass globe with the bulb so I just ordered an extra one to get the part from it and save that globe in case of an accident. But they looked so good and I am very happy with them in my new kitchen.

This pendant light pleasantly surprised me with its quality, considering the reasonable price point. The thick glass dome is a reassuring feature, as it can withstand minor bumps without shattering. Additionally, the light offers four height adjustments, including two long and two short options, making it convenient to set up. In the attached picture, you might notice it hanging slightly lower than intended. This is because I used a height adjustment pole from another fixture I recently installed, and the parts were remarkably similar, making it indistinguishable from a few feet away.The wires are adequately long and of the correct gauge, ensuring safety and reliability. The light kit provides all the necessary components for installation. If you've installed a light fixture before, this will be a breeze. Even if you haven't, the process is straightforward – just match the colored wires to those in your home (in the USA).One minor challenge I encountered was adjusting the screw depth to secure the base to the base plate, especially because my ceiling has a slope. However, with a bit of patience, you can achieve the proper depth.The only drawback worth mentioning is a small bubble I noticed in the glass dome. I got these for my island but they are just too big. They are more of a light for over your table. So lucky me I got a new kitchen table light. It looks great and has no problem lighting up my 60 in square table.
