Abel Large 9.8" 1-Light Outdoor Wall Mount Lantern

So far so good! Just as pictured I’m happy with them. I got sensors for the lights inside so they turn off themselves during the day and turn on at night I find that more reliable then all these lights selling on here claiming they do the same thing.

I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. Have received many compliments. Quality is great!!

This lamp was well-packaged, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the glass casing to be very thick and sturdy. The black metal is a nice shape, and I like the combination of the rounded edges of the fixture, to the square setting that sits against the house. I am having trouble finding the perfect lightbulbs for inside the lamp -- so that they're practical and bright as well as charming with the Edison filament.

I got this because it is a no-frills light. No dusk to dawn feature and no motion detection. I also liked the traditional, conservative look of it. Nothing fancy. It's made of a good quality metal, and it has a nice black matte finish. Installation was fairly straightforward, although they could do a better job with the installation guide. It's basically one picture that shows you where everything goes, but the picture is small and grainy. This was easy to install until it wasn't. At the very end, when I was going to screw the fixture to the wall plate, the screws were too long. I couldn't shorten them as the heads of them were up against the brick. So I had to hacksaw the screws to get them down to an acceptable size. That's not the fault of the manufacturer though. What I am dinging it on is the glass cover which is poorly designed as far as screwing it onto the light fixture. I'm unable to get a tight fit. I screw it half a turn and it becomes snug, but it still turns rather easily and immediately becomes loose again. That makes me uncomfortable because while it is snug one moment, wind and temperature fluctuations and the door opening and closing could slowly loosen it, and since it's thick glass, could hurt someone, and create a mess of shattered glass. Maybe there is a trick I was missing? I may wrap tape around it to keep it more secure.
